1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Seascape Aquatics website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Livestock

All livestock (fish, corals, invertebrates, plants) are sold as-is. While we maintain the highest standards of health and quarantine, we cannot guarantee the survival of livestock after it leaves our store. We recommend proper acclimation procedures for all purchases.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Equipment and dry goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt, in original packaging, and unused condition. Live animals, plants, and opened food/chemical products are non-returnable. Defective equipment will be exchanged or refunded.

4. Online Orders

Online orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if products become unavailable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied per applicable state law.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration, including a valid phone number and email address.

6. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to marketing communications, you agree to receive promotional emails and SMS messages about deals, new arrivals, and store events. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in any marketing message or by contacting us directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seascape Aquatics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
